Does this sound familiar?
You second-guess your boundaries. You feel guilty saying no. Sometimes you even feel anxious about how anxious you are.
-
You're the dependable one — and it's wearing you down.
-
Saying "no" feels like letting someone down.
-
Your mind won't stop replaying conversations and decisions.
-
Your worth feels tied to other people's approval.
-
You look fine from the outside, but you're running on empty.
-
Rest feels like something you have to earn.
If this sounds like you — you're not alone, and you don't have to keep doing it this way.
